The Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) project at 312 Balcombe Road, Beaumaris was developed to provide high-quality, accessible housing for NDIS participants. The development comprises six SDA apartments and one Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) apartment.

Construction was completed in September 2025, with NDIS “As Built” certification issued later that month and NDIS enrolment achieved in October 2025. The first participant move-ins occurred in November 2025.

Each apartment has been designed to High Physical Support standards, with an emphasis on functionality, durability, compliance and long-term resident wellbeing.
