Located in the heart of St Albans, the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) project at 15 Victoria Street, St Albans delivers ten purpose-built SDA apartments, one Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) apartment, and a ground-floor commercial tenancy. The development has been designed to provide durable, accessible housing integrated within a contemporary mixed-use environment.

Each apartment is constructed to High Physical Support standards, featuring open-plan layouts, accessible kitchens and bathrooms, and robust, low-maintenance materials. The inclusion of a commercial tenancy enhances activation and community connection, reflecting a focus on functionality, accessibility, and long-term resident wellbeing consistent with NDIS design and compliance standards. Construction commenced in August 2025.
